Oddicombe Beach

At the bottom of Devons famous red sandstone cliffs Oddicombe beach is sheltered from the elements and the prevailing winds. This is an attractive shingle beach with a number of facilities to ease those summer days.

Away from the beach, there are two ways to reach the top of the cliffs. The first is a steep walk to the cliff top with magnificent views across the bay all the way up through the trees. Then there is there’s access to the cliff top via the cliff railway. At the top there is a café offering a wide selection of food and drink where you can sit back and enjoy the beautiful backdrop.

The nearest town is Torquay, or smaller St. Marychurch is only a couple of minutes away. There is main road access and local bus services. Bus no. 32. Parking is ½ mile from the beach.
